Returns Policy

We are happy to exchange or refund any items that you are not completely happy with given that:

Items are returned with all tags and labels intact.
Briefs, thongs etc. have been tried on over your own garments. An exchanged or refunded will not be permitted if we believe this not to be the case.
Items are unwashed and in a re-sellable condition unless the items being returned are faulty. If it is suspected that an item has been purposely disfigured then an exchange or refund will be disallowed.
Items are returned within 28 days of receipt.
You will be responsible for the cost and safe return of any items. We strongly recommend that items be returned by recorded delivery or by any means where a signature is required.
All returns are sent with proof of purchase and where faulty, please attach a note detailing what you believe the fault to be. Where possible, please also send a note of your name, address and contactable telephone number.
Standard UK delivery is free of charge, excluding returns, where a standard delivery charge will be deducted from the refundable amount.

All refunds will be credited back to the card used to place the original order.
